business. Our corporate headquarters is
located in Charleston, South Carolina and all our overseas offices are managed
by Americans with experience in international business.
Our managers are highly proactive and geared

If you ever experience a problem with one of our virtual assistants, you
won’t be passed onto another VA; you will be dealing with one of our American
managers to solve your problem. If any
legal issues should arise, they would be dealt within the U.S. legal system,
not the Philippines, another advantage of dealing with an American owned

We have had extensive experience using outsourcing since
1999, so we have encountered several of these issues ourselves. Many of our early experiences were either hit
or miss. We have taken the lessons
learned from these experiences to help our clients eliminate the pitfalls of

The most important factor in our business is the
qualifications of our virtual assistants.
Not only do they all hold degrees in computer science, but they also are
put through an extensive testing and training program.
ALL of our VAs are required to complete a
rigorous 160 hours of special training learning our secrets of success prior
to employment. We also require our hired
VAs to attend five hours of additional training EVERY month to help keep them
“above the curve” with new technologies and processes. English is a common language in the
Philippines, so all of our virtual assistants speak English clearly and
professionally. We invest a great deal
of time and money into developing our VAs and it shows in the quality of work
they perform for you.
Many virtual assistants you find on the Internet operate out
of their homes. We feel this is a poor
