The primary ingredient that separates VirtualAssistant.Org from the rest of the pack is the amount of training our VA’s receive. Before they are allowed to work with clients, each of our virtual assistants is required to successfully complete a comprehensive 160-hour training program. This amount of training is unique to the industry and gives our clients the confidence that true professionals are handling their projects.
Pre-Training & Orientation
After a potential virtual assistant successfully passes our rigorous pre-employment screening process, they are entered into our Pre-Training & Orientation Program. This introductory session gives them an outline of what to expect during their 160-Hour Training Program and helps to familiarize them with the processes and procedures used at VirtualAssistant.Org. During this time we also administer IQ and aptitude tests to our VA’s to customize their training to develop the skills they’re most suited for. We also use lunch and dinner during orientation for our VA’s to get to know one another to help foster a team environment.
160 Training Hours Before Working With Our Clients
Once our VA’s have successfully completed the Pre-Training & Orientation Program, they are immediately enrolled into our innovative 160-Hour Training Program. This training employs many educational tools such as multi-media instruction, lectures, and testing and open source course management systems. For testing, we frequently use an open source Course Management System such as Moodle. Moodle online courses provide an exceptional learning environment. It allows our VA’s to not only learn independently, but it also offers them the opportunity to share ideas and critique each other’s work.

Aside from video instruction and online courses, our virtual assistants also participate in training sessions conducted by our management team. The "hands on" experience of our managers is a valuable resource for our VA’s. We also frequently bring in guest speakers to conduct seminars in their particular areas of expertise. Another valuable resource we provide our VA’s is a comprehensive reference library to ensure the job is being done correctly. Our VA’s are also required to adhere to a rigid Code of Ethics to ensure professionalism to our clients.
Higher Education Yields Higher Quality Services
At VirtualAssistant.Org we spend a great deal of time and money training our VA’s to use our successful formulas and techniques. They may cost a little more than other VA services, but the quality of the product they deliver is well worth the price. We understand that our company will only be as successful as the performance level of our virtual assistants. By focusing on education and training, we provide our VA’s the opportunity to excel and expand their careers. What English writer Joseph Addison wrote centuries ago still rings true in the 21st century:
What sculpture is to a block of marble, education is to the soul.
All VA’s Under One Roof… literally.
We are faithful believers in the team concept and do our best to nurture that environment at VirtualAssistant.Org. We function not as dozens of individuals operating independently, but as a cohesive unit bound together by the same ideals and goals…and unique to the industry working under one roof. Unlike many virtual assistant "farms" out there, VirtualAssistant.org maintains and manages a facility where carefully screened and trained professionals provide virtual assistance to our clients. Closely nurtured and trained, we offer innovative monthly incentives to our VA’s based on their quality and productivity. Competition helps to keep our VA’s sharp.
Virtual Assistants Specializing in Technical Services.
If you’re looking for a virtual assistant to make dentist or hairdresser appointments for you, there are plenty of other VA companies out there for those tasks. However, if you require highly trained, expert help with challenges facing your online business, VirtualAssistant.Org can be the solution to your problems.
