Testing and Interviews
Qualified candidates come to our office for testing and interviews.
Candidates are interviewed in the Philippines office by our Filipino managers.
Selected candidates are also interviewed via

Customized Training
Once a VA is hired they are enrolled in a rigorous training program consisting of over 160 hours of custom training from a library of 1400 video tutorials.
