	Recruiting the Best • We use radio and TV ads, Job Fairs, and go to universities to recruit the best from within the community. • We have a diverse pool of applicants with majors in computer science, English, accounting, etc. • Applicants include 4 year university graduates as well as seasoned professionals. • Our exhaustive pre-screening process filters candidates so only the most qualified are even interviewed
	Testing and Interviews • Qualified candidates come to our office for testing and interviews. • Candidates are interviewed in the Philippines’ office by our Filipino managers. • Selected candidates are also interviewed via videoconferencing by our US-based managers.
	Customized Training • Once a VA is hired they are enrolled in a rigorous training program consisting of over 160 hours of custom training from a library of 1400 video tutorials. • Each VA’s training is customized according to their current skill set and what area they will specialize in within the company. •  Our VAs are trained and guided by a diverse panel of experts in the fields of our services.  Their training programs are specifically created to enhance their focus in these fields.
	Matching Up VAs • We are meticulous about matching our clients up with the right VA for their needs. • Account Reps and Project Managers hand pick VAs for each client.   • VAs are trained in specific skills and are assigned to clients based on their expertise.
	You Are Not Alone • Your VA, project manager located in the Philippines, and US-based Account Representative offer multiple levels of accountability. • Your VA works in our office, not at home, providing the necessary supervision and monitoring to reinforce responsibility and efficiency. • We work on your schedule.
