Job Description: 

This is a 40 hour per week office position.  There is a night shift and a day shift available.  You will be personally representing Virtual Assistant, Inc. on a day to day basis as you communicate with your chosen client through email, voice-over-IP, instant messaging, video chat or video conferencing.  The atmosphere professional, and the attire is "office casual".  To help bring the physical presence of our office to our clients, we continually broadcasts a live webcam feed to our current and potential clients.

Special Skills/Abilities:

We are looking for the brightest, smartest and quickest learners.  Requirements include:

  • Bachelor of Computer Science degree
  • Read, write and speak English fluently
  • Must pass entrance exam to Virtual Assistant, Inc. VA program
  • Must complete 50 hour Virtual Assistant, Inc. training program (compensated)
  • For continued employment, you must perform 5 hours of continued training each month.

Wages:

Based on education, experience and skill level demonstrated upon entrance exam and continued training.  Entry level wages range from 9,000 to 18,000 pesos per month.

Job Description:

  • Hiring the appropriate level of employees and contract staff to meet company and project objectives
  • Provide support to the project team as needed to ensure that monitoring for outsourced projects is managed within contractually agreed upon timelines and budgets
  • Participate in the selection and evaluation of V.A.s to provide customer services
  • Ensure that monitoring staff fulfill their responsibilities in accordance with the policies, code of ethics and applicable regulatory requirements of VirtualAssistant.org’s.
  • Support development of employees to ensure optimal performance and retention of high quality employees.
  • Representing the company as the prime contact on contracts and projects
