Thread: How does one look for work on this site?

I'm new to this site and am excited about the possibilities presented here. I've registered. Created a profile. Joined a few groups. However, whenever I click the link to look for work, I'm directed back to the home screen to create an account. Am I missing something here? I'd like to see what's available and get started. Is there somewhere to post a resume for potential employers to review?
