Code of Ethics
In the Virtual Assistant business, there is no factor more important than trust. At Virtual Assistant Inc, we are driven not only to provide outstanding service, but also to assure our clients that our team of VAs is committed to the highest standards of time effectiveness, honesty and integrity in the industry.
We insist that ALL Virtual Assistant Inc employees must adhere to our strict Code of Ethics. To protect your intellectual property, our employees will sign a Confidentiality Agreement.
Our Code of Ethics contains two key components:
1) Aspirational
These are the criteria to which Virtual Assistant Inc aspires. We insist our VAs are:

2) Principles
These are the rules and values that employee’s of Virtual Assistant Inc are expected to adhere to:
- Must always exercise honesty, integrity and due diligence when performing their responsibilities to the client
- Must always safeguard the interests of the client and not knowingly participate in any illegal or unethical activity
- Must not enter into any agreement or activity that would be or give the appearance of a conflict of interest of their client
- Refrain from any practice that would prejudice their capacity to perform their professional duties
- Must protect all confidential information obtained during their duties and shall not use such information for personal gain or in any way that would be detrimental to their client or other parties
- Will only accept projects from clients when they can demonstrate they have the knowledge, skills and technical capabilities to perform their professional duties to the client’s satisfaction
- Must accept responsibility for all work done, admit any mistakes and take any and all measures possible to correct any problems that arise
- Must complete the work to the deadline agreed upon
