Must always exercise honesty, integrity and due
diligence when performing their responsibilities to the client
Must always safeguard the interests of the
client and not knowingly participate in any illegal or unethical activity
Must not enter into any agreement or activity
that would be or give the appearance of a conflict of interest of their client
Refrain from any practice that would prejudice
their capacity to perform their professional duties
Must protect all confidential information
obtained during their duties and shall not use such information for personal
gain or in any way that would be detrimental to their client or other parties
Will only accept projects from clients when they
can demonstrate they have the knowledge, skills and technical capabilities to
perform their professional duties to the client’s satisfaction
Must accept responsibility for all work done,
admit any mistakes and take any and all measures possible to correct any problems
that arise
Must complete the work to the deadline agreed upon
